Storage Features

Our storage facility is designed to support common storage needs while keeping operations clear and consistent for all tenants.

Features may include:

• Gated access to the facility
• Well-lit grounds for visibility and safety
• Clean, maintained storage areas
• Spaces suitable for household storage, boats, RVs, and registered vehicles
• On-site management and local ownership

Security features are intended to help protect the facility as a whole. They should not be relied upon as a guarantee against loss or damage to stored property.

Tenants are responsible for protecting and insuring their own stored property. Thunderbird Storage does not provide insurance coverage for items stored on site. We recommend that tenants maintain insurance on any belongings, vehicles, or equipment they choose to store.

Optional protection plans may be available for an additional monthly cost. These plans are not insurance and provide limited coverage as defined by separate terms. Please contact our team if you would like more information about available protection options.

To help make move-in easier, basic storage accessories may be available for purchase 
on site, including:

• Disc-style storage locks
• Other commonly used storage supplies (availability may vary)

Supplies are offered for convenience and are subject to availability. Please ask our team for current options.

Thunderbird Storage is suitable for many everyday storage needs, including:

• Household belongings and seasonal items
• Furniture, boxes, and personal property
• Boats and RVs (subject to size, registration, 
and approval)
• Registered and operational vehicles
• Business equipment or inventory used for storage purposes only

All storage is subject to facility rules and the terms of the rental agreement.

For safety and compliance reasons, certain items and uses are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Living, sleeping, or working inside storage units or spaces
• Food, animal feed, or perishable goods
• Hazardous, flammable, or illegal materials
• Unregistered or non-operational vehicles
• Items with significant sentimental or irreplaceable value

If you are unsure whether an item is permitted, please contact us before storing it.

• Storage is rented on a month-to-month basis
• Rental payments are due monthly
• Advance notice is required before vacating a space
• Access is subject to facility rules, weather conditions, and emergency situations
